The police had lodged a complaint against the accused after the victim, Jasleen Kaur, shared the snap and details about an eve-teaser in a Facebook post.
As per Kaur, it wasn't just eve-teaser's obscene comments, but also his sheer audacity and the inaction of the people around her that spurred her to share her story and shame the offender.
The girl had alleged that she was harassed by a youth in west Delhi's Tilak Nagar area who also brashly posed for a photograph when told by the former that she would report the matter to police
